We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. We do not own any right to the images used, logos, graphics, and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of there respective Anime Publishers and @Bushiroad.

Cancellation Policy
Items will ship within 24 to 48 hours when the order is received. Orders can be canceled as long as the product has not been shipped with no charge.

Shipping Policy

*1-3 Extra Boosters = UPS GROUND
*4 Extra Boosters and above will be shipped using UPS GROUND
*Ordering 1 Carton = 18 booster boxes UPS GROUND you will receive all promo item(s) playmats, case toppers from the case if applicable.
Special Orders
You may contact us at Luislinkgg@gmail.com and request for a specific item that we may not have on our website. Special Orders are non-refundable purchases. Once the agreement is made and paid for we cannot accept any returns on that item.
Return Policy
PayPal Orders
If you have paid using PayPal and would like a refund on Pre-orders or Return Merchandise please be aware of a 3% fee. PayPal doesn’t refund the credit card processing fee. When returning an item using PayPal there will be a restocking fee + 3.1% PayPal processing fee. Only for orders using PayPal.
Pre-orders
Maybe canceled before the Pre-Order due date, Pre-Orders may be canceled after the Pre-Order due date will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Booster Boxes
You have 14 days upon receipt of an item to request a return. There will be a 15% restocking fee + shipping charges on all returned items. All merchandise must be in the exact same condition as it was sent. If the product has been opened or tampered with in any way, we will be unable to accept your return.
If the return is due to an error by Underworld TCG & Collectibles (LuisLink Gaming) we will take full responsibility for all shipping and replacement costs. Please contact us at LuisLinkgg@gmail.com we will make arrangements for the replacement package to be sent and for the mistaken product to be returned. If it is our mistake you do have the right to a full refund.
